Most of us do not like getting up in the morning and the alarm clock can become an enemy. When winter is sneaking in we feel sluggish with the arrival of the dark nights coming in and the morning when we have to rise it is not as appealing without daylight streaming through the windows
One of the ways a person can help to have energy in a morning is to sit and meditate the previous night as this quiet period of time will calm the mind and body from a stressful day.
Note: Whilst you meditate the mind is calm which helps with a good nights sleep to set up the mind and the body with fresh energy for the next day.
Colour therapy:
Colour therapy is another way that can help as a way of using a simple method with any stressful situations. Try sitting quietly start to think of a colour and if the colour feels right then let it enter your mind until it feels good.
Have you ever taken a certain jumper out of the wardrobe to wear with a skirt or trousers, only to realise the colour did not make you feel as good as the last time it was worn. The facts were your mind and body was not in the mood for that colour on that day.
