A Positive Way of Thinking for the New You

If you think you bring a negative perspective to your life. You are not helping yourself and you are likely to be using a great deal of mental energy worrying about the negative outcome of your day every day.

• If you are feeling harassed and your stress levels are high then take five minutes to be quiet and breathe gently until you feel calmer. Try drinking an herbal tea.
