A percentage of a person’s hair falls out in a three month cycle while some of the hair is at a resting stage and some growing.

There are many factors including stress or illness which can contribute to loss of hair. Both men and women can lose hair when the immune system is in a weak condition.

In some families there are genetic conditions which are the cause of baldness and it is more common in the male than the female.

There are skin conditions such as dermatitis, dandruff, psoriasis and scalp fungus which affects the scalp and cause hair to fall out.

A fever or a serious illness can result in the hair falling-out in large amounts. Pregnant women can lose some hair after the birth of a child. This is a temporary loss and the hair will grow again.

A massage therapist can help the scalp with massaging essential oils such as jojoba, rosemary, olive, or cedar wood on a regular basis to stimulate new growth.

Restrain from blow-drying your hair every day and stop using harmful chemical on the hair. Use a natural shampoo.

If you have grey hair try amla herbal powder and use henna for a natural conditioner.
