Candles are available in all different sizes and colours to suit different environments and if you are a creative person the candles can be the main centre piece of a Birthday or a Christmas arrangement.

The herbal remedies that can be found in the aromatherapy clinics can be found and used as home remedies simply by finding out which essential oil is suitable for you personally. Take time to create the mood or have time to yourself and relax, perhaps read a book before you go to bed.

If you prefer to use the candles as part of the décor then try the floating candles in an attractive bowl or place small votive candles in the special jars that are available.
