Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

There are many alternative treatments and therapies available that can help with the symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. These encompass exercise, changes to diet, counseling, herbal medicine, hypnosis and acupuncture to name but a few.

Meditation

Learning relaxation techniques is critical for any healing process but especially so for sufferers of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Meditation is renowned for developing a deep sense of well being, relaxation and inner peace.

Counseling

When dealing with an chronic illness it is helpful to find a talking therapy such as counseling to explore feelings and issues that the illness brings up in a safe non-judgmental environment.
