Constantly Exhausted – You can help yourself

If you feel exhausted and its morning, you have just had a full nights sleep yet you could sleep again. There is a vulnerability that says you need to recognise the cause of the fatigue. 

Sometime a person can have a lifestyle habit that is the cause of the tiredness and they are in a vicious circle without realising it.

One of the ways is to monitor the amount of sleep that is had every night.

Secondly to see if there is too much sleep as that can be a problem as a good night sleep is seven hours a night not ten. If you start oversleeping then it can have a soporific effect.

If you have a sedentary position and you feel sluggish all the time then you need to make sure you have enough exercise to make up for it.

f you join a gym or buy a dvd make sure the exercise is one that gets your circulation moving and it will bring fantastic results by boosting your vitality.

Stop!, stop grazing all day as you have not been able to keep an eye on the calorie intake. When you are bored you eat more.

This causes your energy levels to go on a downward trend and make you feel drowsy.
