More and more massage therapists are looking to using their treatments combined with crystals.
One of the ways a crystal massage can be used to a great effect is by asking a client to hold a crystal while the massage is being carried out.
Holding the crystal will help a person to relax while the crystal is reducing negative energies.
Other ways of using a variety of crystals is by placing the correct crystal on a person’s body’s natural chakra system.
A qualified massage therapist would have to research and educate themselves before using this combination of healing therapies.
The therapist will have to re-energise the crystal after each healing treatment. This can be done by a variety of method.
• Wrap the crystal in a piece of cotton and bury in the garden for a few days. This method will balance the crystals energies.
• Run the crystal or crystals under cold water or hold them in your hand to replace the energy.
Note: Ask the massage therapist if you can bring your own favourite crystal for each healing treatment.
