Crystals can be used by visualisation for meditation or as a healing tool.
Choose a crystal for this exercise; sit in a relaxed comfortable position in a chair.
Hold the crystal in both hands and focus gently on the crystal while relaxing your body.
Let your awareness lower in to the crystal up to the point where you are feeling rested.
Let your mind decide whether the crystal feels hot, cold, wet, dry, smooth or rough. Get to know the crystal by touch.
Relax again and turn your mind to thinking if the crystal is making a sound or tone. Do not worry if you feel nothing. Relax again.
Take a few deep breaths and listen to your breathing until feeling comfortable. Breathe in the crystals energy through the nasal passages.
What is the smell and can you sense a taste with it. Only you can get used to handling the crystal and allow it to awaken your senses.
Relax again and open your inner eyes. Do not worry if you do not understand your new senses. However write down notes in a diary and you can look back to see your progression.
