1. Keep out the chills by cooking a chilli or a curry. If you are trying to be healthy make one that is made with a tomato base and add extra spices. Extra Cayenne pepper and Chilli will help the body’s circulation to thaw which will help to ease stiff muscles.

2. If you are a person that suffers from cold hands and feet which reduces the circulation of blood, try using an herbal supplement such as Ginkgo biloba.

3. When it is cold outside it is hard to be motivated to step out of the front door. However a brisk walk or a jog around the block can heat up a body and the result is more energy.

4. If you prefer to stay indoors then why not try the therapy of Yoga.  Make sure a room is warm before attempting the moves. Yoga helps any stiff muscles to warm up gently. This also helps the joints and organs of the body as oxygen is then distributed quickly around the body. Result, more heat of course.
