Nutrients are taken at the earliest stage of life while breast feeding a mothers milk. Food is important and although most of the time we are not aware how it works it is important to the vitality and healing of a persons bodily functions.
A body uses biochemical’s and energy nutrients as an aid for digestion, growth and to combat disease and maintain a health body.
Men and women at some part of their lives restrict the full choice of vitamins the body requires by going on diets, restricting the intake of food and ignoring the body’s cravings when it decides something is lacking to keep it in good order.
Water is the main requirement to keep the body flowing and hydrated. Water is followed by protein which creates milk, enzymes and antibodies.
Protein is taken and used to keep hair, nails, skin, muscles, brain and organs strong and healthy.
Animal food is full of amino acids and we require twenty- two amino acids for our bodies to maintain and repair on a daily basis. Each amino acid has a job to do and if one lets the other down by not being able to work correctly there is an imbalance which can stop production within the body.
Note: Adult women can afford to reduce to a lower amount of amino acids where pregnant, menopausal women and children require more.
