Its coming up to Xmas and the Health and Spa clinics are going to be busy as people realise  they have neglected their mind and bodies in the summer due to over tanning and wearing thin sandals which leave feet with painful sores.

It’s the time of the year when the practitioners are helping to de-stress their clients by massaging backs and shoulders with oils that relieve the stress and tightening of their body’s muscles.

Indian head massage is popular in helping with stress and encourage the hair follicles to receive the nourishment required to have shiny and healthy hair.

Aromatherapy oils can be used in the relaxation treatment by mixing Lavender or Chamomile with a base carrier oil to massage over the body and leaving to seep under the layers of skin to nourish the body.
A qualified Beauty Therapist can help a person’s skin with a facial treatment to relax the mind and lift the stress away. Anti-aging essential oil Frankincense mixed with base carrier oil leaves the skin feeling smooth and soft.

Note:
If you feel like splashing out literally you can always buy a hot tub and soak in the warm water with a few drops of a favourite essential oil. Soak for a while breathing in the scent of the oils before wrapping yourself in a warm bath robe. A nice cup of herbal tea and the mind and body will be calm but refreshed.
