It is easy and anyone can learn how to use meditation:
• Sit quietly and try to quieten the mind by sittng still.
• Check the breathing and relax with the body breath.
Decide which part of the body requires healing and gently concentrate on that part of the body. Concentrate on the part of the body that needs healing and you will realise there is an increase of blood flow. When the blood flows there is an increase of oxygen and nutrients which will feed the part in need.
