Positive Affirmations with Meditation

One of the ways that life and situations around a person is by affirming thoughts every day and the negative aspect of life will disappear.

There is more than one way available to do this with meditation and it can be easily adapted in every day life.

1. Sit in a chair and think of the top of your head releasing and opening up. Send out any niggling thoughts that may be negative and settle back for a nice but positive half an hour.

2. Think of something that makes you feel good such as a special birthday or a person that loves you very much.  If you are a pet lover maybe your dogs morning greeting makes you smile every morning.

3. When you are feeling smiley then start talking to yourself and repeat everything you can that you like about yourself. It may be that you have nice eyes or you have been told you have nice skin.

4. Make a list mentally of things you are good at such as cooking, typing, organising trips or even simple things like finding bargains.

If you find that you are drifting off to sleep then bring your thoughts back and visualise yourself closing down the top of your head and have a relaxing bath with added drops of Lavender essential oil to aid a restful sleep.

Note: Always close your top of your head down to kepp the positivity in your head and have a drinkof water or a calming herbal tea.
