Stress Management with Meditation as a Home Remedy

Meditation is primarily thought of as a mystic technique for visualisation or as a healing tool for relaxation.
However it can be used as a healing tool to boost energy, remove feelings of tiredness or fatigue.

Both of these ailments can cause the body to have a flow of negativity and stress to a persons mind.

Stress and tiredness can result poor concentration in the work place or tension in the family home. This feeling of being weighed down can happen at any time and without any warning.

I have outlined an easy to follow procedure for the release of negativity and stressful thoughts which can be used in your home remedies for health techniques.

Remove the negativity:

1)  Take a pleasing notebook to the eye which will enhance the desire to write neatly.

2) Close you eyes and let the first thought come to your mind and write it down.

3)  Sit back in a chair and gently visualise that the top of your head has opened up just like unscrewing a lid on a bottle.

4) See the negative though fly out of the top of your head.

5) This should only take a few seconds.

When you have finished visualise you closing the cap on the bottle and get up from the chair and treat yourself to a calming herbal tea such as Chamomile. 

Sleep patterns will improve and you will be calm and next day energy levels will have improved.
