Tai Chi Chuan the Ancient Alternative Therapy

If your body is tiring and your movements are slow or if your body feels out of co-ordination then Tai chi and its movements will be of assistance.

Tai chi looks at the internal energy of a person to help with the flow of ‘Chi’ or ‘Qi’. It can help the body to balance the mind, body and spirit by relaxed movements.

Tai chi when practised regularly appears effortless to watch.

It is not like a sport where people are rushing around and does not rely on a person or persons being in competition against each other or whether they are weak or strong.

Health and fitness for each person that uses Tai Chi is available to them. It restores balance, helps with stress and tones the muscles of the body.

Some medical conditions can be helped especially if suffering from breathing difficulties.

To attain a high level in the skills of Tai chi a practitioner will have practised for hours to have the skill as described above.

Note: Tai Chi as an alternative therapy which is beneficial in keep thinning bones moving without too much pressure or stress.

Learning the basic moves of Tai Chi can have a positive effect.
