The price of Stress

Everyone is under a great amount of stress as the world speeds up. It’s a competition and our natural instinct as a human being is to put up with it or crumble under the strain. Doctors waiting room are full of patients that are suffering from stress and depression.

Mental pressure can cause as much damage as stress but it is more difficult to let off steam and release toxins from the body.

There are massage therapies with trained practitioners that can help to reduce stress and the body needs the release of toxins to start feeling well.

I have listed a few of the mains therapies available to choose from which will slow down the aging- factor and calm the mind and body:

• Shiatsu and Reflexology.

Use light massage oil:  Lavender and the base carrier oil such as ‘olive’ mixed together are great for calming the mind and body.
