Wheatgrass the Home Remedy

We are nearly at the end of January and for the people who have managed to stick to their new healthy eating regime haand now realise they are stuck at a certain weight then read on.

If that is you then look at Wheatgrass to help you to detoxify and reduce some of the weight that is still a worry.

Detoxification has to be done in a nice quiet way without upsetting the body too much or you would feel sickly and unwell. 

When taking Wheatgrass as a supplement start with a small amount and build up as your body adjusts itself.
Note: Wheatgrass helps the liver, blood, immune system and the colon.

The more toxic you are wheatgrass will stronger and then as your body changes and the level of toxins reduces the taste of the Wheatgrass becomes sweeter.

One way of checking if the level of toxins in the body increases it will be easier to recognise because the taste of the wheatgrass will be stronger again.

Tip: one ounce of wheatgrass is the same as eating nearly three pounds of any dark green vegetable. It is available in juice or tablet.

Warning: do not drink too much. Take a small amount daily.
